1. Introduction and Acceptance
bg baji is an online betting and casino platform that provides services to users in Bangladesh. 2. Eligibility and Age Requirement
All services on bg baji are available only to persons aged 21 or older. By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. bg baji may request relevant documents for age verification at any time. bg baji reserves the right to suspend or close an account if the required documents are not provided.
In addition, it is entirely your responsibility to ensure that online betting is legally permitted in your place of residence. bg baji is not liable for the operation of accounts in violation of any legal restrictions.
3. Account Registration and Management
3.1 Registration Process
To open an account on bg baji, you must complete the registration form with accurate and complete information. Each person may operate only one account. Any attempt to create multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed, and any pending withdrawals may be cancelled.
3.2 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details — username and password — completely confidential. You are fully responsible for any activity carried out using your credentials by another person. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the bg baji support team immediately.
3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
As part of the account verification process, bg baji may request copies of your national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Methods
bg baji currently accepts deposits via: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method.
4.2 Withdrawal Methods
The same methods are used for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.
4.3 Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawals will generally be made via the same method used for the deposit. bg baji may request additional information to verify the authenticity of a request. bg baji reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal if fraud or unusual transactions are suspected.
5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
bg baji offers new members a 200% first deposit bonus of up to ৳8,000. To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the balance to ৳3,000. The wagering requirement in this case would be ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
Each bonus offer has its own specific terms. It is essential to read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus. A bonus will only apply to the games or sections specified in the offer description. It may not be possible to activate another bonus while one is already active.
bg baji reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel promotional offers at any time. If bonus abuse or fraud is found, the relevant bonus and any winnings earned will be cancelled.
6. VIP Program and Cashback
bg baji offers five VIP levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Members move up to higher levels based on regular activity and participation.
Weekly cashback is provided at each level, calculated at a set rate on that week's net losses. The rates are: Bronze up to 0.3%, Silver up to 0.6%, Gold up to 0.9%, Platinum up to 1.2%, and Diamond up to 1.5%. Example: a Gold member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week would receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 cashback.
VIP rewards and cashback have their own terms, which bg baji may update as needed. VIP benefits cannot be transferred to another person.
7. Betting and Gaming Rules
7.1 Bet Placement Terms
Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless it results from a technical error on the platform. bg baji reserves the right to correct incorrect odds or payouts caused by technical errors, and in such cases the affected bets may be considered void.
7.2 Account Balance
There must be sufficient balance in the account at the time a bet is placed. Bets will not be accepted with insufficient balance. bg baji reserves the right to recover any funds incorrectly added to an account due to a technical error.
7.3 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on bg baji:
- Any attempt at fraud, manipulation, or gaining unfair advantage
- Bonus abuse or using multiple accounts to exploit promotional offers
- Using another user's account or stealing their information
- Using automated software or bots to place bets
- Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
If such activities are proven, the account will be permanently closed and all deposited funds may be forfeited.
8. Privacy and Data Protection

bg baji features content from various game providers including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution, JILI and Spribe. The quality and availability of this content depends on the respective providers. bg baji is not directly liable for third-party games or services.
11. Account Closure and Suspension
A user may request voluntary closure of their account at any time through the bg baji support team. Before closure, all pending bets will be settled and any withdrawable balance will be returned, unless forfeiture is required due to a breach of the Terms.
bg baji may suspend or close an account without notice for any of the following reasons: breach of the Terms, suspicion of fraud, provision of false information, or failure to meet legal obligations.

These Terms are governed by and applied in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising between bg baji and a user will first be addressed through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the applicable legal process will be followed.
If any part of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining terms will remain in full effect.
